Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, document, and maintain application programs and interfaces for the AI Business Hub, primarily using CMS platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main POC for the website, lead meetings, and work closely with project managers and a team of 15 to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned with business goals.
- Technical Documentation & Testing: Write clear documentation, perform rigorous testing, and unlock automation opportunities across the team.
- Innovation & Recommendations: Bring a point of view on innovation, proactively recommend improvements to the module system, and identify automation opportunities.
- System Analysis & Support.
- Production Support: Identify, escalate, and document production impact issues; provide technical support as needed.
Skills:
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to represent the website as the main POC, lead meetings, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- 1 year of Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and project management tools.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond, bringing new ideas and solutions to the team.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 year of Enterprise Experience: Understanding of enterprise-level systems and processes.
- Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time, and provide excellent customer service.
