Our client, a leading Automotive organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse teams. 

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor 3

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Duration: 5+ months 

Pay Range: $29 per hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee warehouse employees to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness meet business objectives.
• Counsel and support hourly employees with needs and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• Address performance behaviors by recognizing positives and addressing negatives constructively.
• Utilize Quality Network problem-solving processes to identify opportunities and engage the workforce for improvements.
• Conduct daily safety observation tours and ensure compliance with safety standards and shop rules.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business school training preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality control.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
