Sam's Club Membership Associate - Part‑time (Wentzville, MO) Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr Position Summary Provide membership services, support sales, maintain safety, and fulfill member orders in the Sam's Club warehouse. Responsibilities Provide information on membership benefits, promote company products and services, and process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. Maintain facility safety by following standards, conducting safety sweeps, ensuring proper forklift spotting, and handling hazardous materials. Fulfill member orders: review orders, pull and scan items, wrap and palletize, verify accuracy, and secure items until delivery. Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers; prioritize tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities. Deliver member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and action plans. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
