Overview Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with focus on Ansible, Grafana, and on-prem/offshore hybrid environments in Chicago. The role supports a cloud-native, analytics-driven platform for algorithmic execution and real-time market data, with an initial onsite requirement followed by hybrid work as determined by location. Responsibilities Own and manage bare metal infrastructure (100–200 servers). Improve automation and support deployment workflows to enhance infrastructure stability and scalability. Provide operational support to enable developers to deploy code with greater autonomy. Participate in weekly on-call rotations (including after-hours and weekends as needed). Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain uptime, speed, and precision in a trading tech environment.
