With a strong global presence and expanding operations in the U.S., ECT specializes in RF connectors, high-speed cable assemblies, antennas, shielding cans, and automotive connectors (Fakra) — serving customers across data center, automotive, and communication industries. Key Responsibilities Grow existing accounts: Build and nurture relationships, understand needs, resolve issues, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Win new business: Proactively prospect within the assigned territory to expand the client base and increase revenue. Drive strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, including market analysis, competitor research, and pricing strategies to hit targets. Close deals: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers; negotiate terms and finalize agreements. Own the pipeline: Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM; maintain accurate activity logs and provide regular performance reports and forecasts. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to align on objectives and deliver customer value. Delight customers: Ensure high satisfaction through timely follow-up, issue resolution, and a customer-first mindset. Stay market-smart: Track industry trends, market shifts, and competitor moves to spot risks and opportunities. Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales or account management with 3–5 years of experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Existing network in the semiconductor industry is a strong plus.
