Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Gonzales, LA is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services and support to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract position will run through the current school year, with a start date starting ASAP and concluding May 29, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and behavioral support to students to promote academic and social success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise for student interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver timely reports in compliance with educational and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Educator Certification with licensure applicable to school psychology.
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse educational environments.
• Commitment to student well-being and inclusive practices.

Location: Gonzales, LA (on-site required)
