Secret clearance is required (or the ability to obtain Secret Clearance)
Onsite 5 days/week - LOCAL is a must (Metro East / Southern IL)
Overview:
This role blends technical and functional expertise to enhance financial management practices through Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The candidate will support a broader team in improving the efficiency and controls environment of a clients financial framework.
The role involves leveraging current automation technologies to drive financial transformation. Fluency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is critical. Responsibilities will also include creating documentation, managing change, and implementing solutions across a broad set of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement automated solutions to improve existing financial processes
- Assess enterprise-wide business processes and prioritize candidates for automation
- Design and recommend new business processes to increase efficiency within functional and IT frameworks
- Train staff on implemented automation solutions and provide troubleshooting support as needed
- Evaluate risks related to internal controls, process reengineering, and configuration management
- Coordinate with project leadership to meet timelines and support client delivery
- Draft technical documentation for implemented automation solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of RPA or automation experience and 10+ years of total relevant experience; Federal experience preferred
- Experience identifying business processes suitable for automation and implementing RPA solutions
- Proficiency with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Ability to travel occasionally for site visits
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while coordinating across stakeholders
- Interim Secret clearance or higher required
- PMP, CDFM, CGFM, and/or CPA certifications preferred
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree from an accredited university
