We are a Family oriented , well-established organization seeking an experienced Restaurant Area Coach to join our rapidly growing Team !
Job Summary:
The Area Coach is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of multiple store locations within a designated area. This role ensures consistent execution of company standards, drives sales and profitability, supports unit-level leadership, and fosters a culture focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support store managers to achieve business goals and performance targets.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, policies, and procedures across all locations.
- Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor store managers and team members to build a high-performing leadership pipeline.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams HR, marketing, finance, etc. to support initiatives and resolve issues.
- Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product rollouts effectively at the unit level.
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
