Seeking experienced Industrial Construction Project Managers who know how to:
- Run projects from award to closeout
- Control schedules, budgets, and performance
- Lead field teams with confidence and accountability
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal leadership
- Solve problems quickly and effectively
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Full project ownership: planning, execution, financial performance, and closeout
- Managing superintendents, foremen, and craft manpower
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Driving productivity and holding teams accountable
- Reviewing contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Enforcing safety expectations — no exceptions
- Traveling to project sites as required

Who We Want
- 5+ years of industrial construction project management experience
- Experience in mechanical, piping, structural, or heavy industrial environments
- Strong understanding of scheduling, job costing, and project controls
- A self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
- Must be willing to travel as required
