Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Mechanical Pipefitters/Commercial HVAC Insatllers for the installation of large mechanical systems and water source piping at a new elementary school in Rock Hill, SC. Work includes installing copper and metallic piping, air ducts, boilers, cooling towers, and tying in overhead piping using lifts. Candidates must be able to work on active construction sites and perform mechanical and plumbing installations in a commercial environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of mechanical or plumbing installation experience
Experience working with copper and metallic piping
Proven experience installing boilers, cooling towers, and mechanical systems in schools or similar commercial settings
Must have own tools and PPE
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
