Overview Pilates Instructor for Sunnyvale — NOW HIRING: Pilates Instructor for Group Classes. Full-time and part-time positions available. Compensation: $40.00-65.00 per class or more depending on experience, negotiable for qualified talent. Base pay plus a set rate for classes taught and bonuses based on class count. Responsibilities Provide Pilates instruction that is safe, effective, and challenging, including Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private sessions as scheduled. Use a variety of Pilates equipment safely during each class (Mat and Reformer at minimum), with training in Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle, and other equipment as applicable. Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety, providing modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations. Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards and implement them at all times. Develop and implement class plans that align with Club Pilates standards. Teach group classes, private, and semi-private sessions in state-of-the-art studios. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat and Reformer). Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises. Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities. Professional and effective communication skills. Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates. Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars.
