Position Summary Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services. Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines. Conducts safety sweeps, follows proper forklift spotting procedures, handles and disposes of hazardous materials safely, and reports unsafe situations to management. Responsibilities Fulfills member orders (Pull and Click n Pull) by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping, and palletizing items. Ensures the accuracy of orders and invoices, secures items until members arrive and follows up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, applying related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
