This role is ideal for a clinically excellent, high-energy pediatric dentist who loves working with children, values prevention and education, and wants to build lasting relationships with families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and special-needs patients.Diagnose and manage oral health conditions using evidence-based pediatric protocols.Perform procedures including:Preventive care, exams, prophylaxis, and fluorideRestorative dentistry (composites, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies)Space maintainers and early interceptive careExtractions and emergency pediatric treatmentSedation support workflows (nitrous and/or deeper sedation cases as credentialed)Educate parents and patients on oral hygiene, diet, growth/development, and preventive strategies.Create a calm, positive chairside experience that helps anxious children feel safe and confident.
