We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to oversee all aspects of weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness in wages, commissions, and benefits, while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional service to our team.

What You'll Do

  • Process weekly payroll for all employees with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Audit, analyze, and calculate all commissionable sales and hourly timecards.
  • Review and reconcile wages, deductions, benefits, and other payroll items.
  • Maintain payroll systems with all employee changes (new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, benefit updates, etc.).
  • Audit A/R data, including sales, payments, and job holds affecting commissions.
  • Research and ensure compliance with payroll tax laws across multiple states.
  • Verify year-end reports (tax, ACA, W-2s) and ensure timely filing.
  • Generate weekly payroll reports and ad hoc reporting for management.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives in payroll operations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, accounting, and operations to resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or HR a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP required).
  • Experience with ADP and ServiceTitan strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing payroll for 300+ employees weekly.
  • Familiarity with multiple pay structures (hourly, piece-rate, commission, blended).
  • Strong analytical and auditing skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote work setting .
  • Schedule: Mon–Wed: 7:00 AM–7/8:00 PM CST, Thurs–Fri: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM CST (lighter days)
