Seeking a licensed behavioral health therapist to join a growing outpatient family medicine practice in Madison, WI.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide long-term and brief behavioral health therapy through in-person and telehealth visits.
- Deliver evidence-based services, including counseling, evaluations, and treatment in individual and family settings.
- Attend quarterly department meetings outside of patient hours.
- Qualifications include a MS/MA in behavioral science or related field, valid Wisconsin license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), and at least five years of clinical experience. Familiarity with Epic EMR and telehealth technology is required.
- Preferred skills include experience with diverse age groups, including children as young as three and elderly patients.
