Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local company in Bellingham to help find an experienced Administrative Assistant for a new long-term opportunity. This is a part-time opportunity that allows you to enjoy weekends off and connect with the community. Pay is $20-$22/HR to start. The schedule is Wednesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The location is Bellingham, WA.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Administrative support to the Director
• Answer and transfer phone calls
• Outreach to prospective students
• Handle all paperwork
• Manage and respond to emails
• Support with admissions
• Scheduling appointments
• New student orientations
• Marketing/Social Media support
