VTI Specialized has fresh freight ready to roll for experienced Flatbed Owner Operators and Company Drivers.
We offer strong pay, consistent freight, and full back-office support to keep you moving and profitable.
Long-Haul and Regional
- Paying $2.50 to $3.60 per mile
DOD Freight
- Paying $3.00 to $6.00 per mile
- Lanes running east of the Mississippi
Local and Regional Project Freight - Paying $3.00 to $5.00 per mile
- Hot lanes around Indianapolis, Ohio, the Carolinas, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky

Compensation:
Owner Operators - Regional & OTR Flatbed Weekly Gross: $6,000 to $8,000
- Local Flatbed Weekly Gross: $4,000 to $6,000
- Net Take-Home: $2,000 $3,500 per week
- 75% of linehaul with 100% of the fuel surcharge
- Cargo and liability insurance included
Company Drivers - Weekly Gross: $1,500 to $2,000
- 30% of linehaul plus accessorial pay
Minimum Requirements: - Must be 24 years old or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 2 years
of CDL-A experience
- Minimum 12 months of flatbed experience
Applicants must have their own truck to qualify for this position.
