Job Description
Our agency is currently hiring a Medical Billing Specialist for a client in Milwaukee. This is an ONSITE position.
Title: Medical Billing & A/R Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8AM - 5PM
Salary Range: 20.00 an hour
Required Minimum Position Qualifications:
· Medical Billing/Coding Certification preferred not required.
· Experience with physician billing (1500 form, professional coding - Internal medicine/SNF is a plus!
· Experience with insurance claims follow up / denial management.
· Minimum of 1-3 years of physician coding and billing experience.
· Must possess knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party reimbursement regulations.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Word processing and related computer skills required.
