Job Title: Loan Officer

Location: Glen Allen, VA 23060

Hours: M - F | 8am - 4pm or 9am – 5pm

Duration: 6+ Months(possible extension)

Start: ASAP

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Job Description :

The Rental Housing Loan Servicing Officer will support the administration and servicing of loans within the rental housing portfolio. This includes the coordination of daily loan administration activities, data entries, including construction and permanent loan closings, new loan setup and onboarding and new loan servicing orientation.

To be successful in this role, you must possess :

• 2–4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, escrow administration, asset management, or housing finance operations.
• Knowledge of rental housing finance and loan servicing practices.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

The ideal candidate would also have experience

• Proficiency in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with affordable housing programs (e.g., LIHTC, HUD, state housing finance agency programs).
• Understand loan documentation standards.
