  • Maintain physical and electronic documents
  • Calendar and meeting coordination
  • Docketing, tracking and managing court deadlines
  • Prepare and edit a variety of legal documents
  • Transcription
  • Filing of pleadings and legal documents
  • Create trial binders
  • Process expenses
  • Assist with client meeting prep
  • Track CLE's for attorneys

Ideal candidate traits:

  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in litigation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong time management
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, Clio, NetDocs, Adobe Acrobat and Next Point
