Responsibilities include: - Providing individual and family therapy tailored to patient needs.
- Delivering billable services to Medicare patients and maintaining accurate treatment plans.
- Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans.
- Monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and supporting patients throughout treatment.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team efforts and developing group programs.
- Supporting outreach and program promotion.
Requirements:
- Licensed in PA (LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist) with 3–5 years of experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, flexible approach.
- Team-oriented mindset and professionalism.
