Job Description
- Assist HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee databases , attendance, and documentation.
- Support HR in employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist in HR operations & administration tasks .
- Handle internal communications and coordinate with various departments.
- Learn and understand HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
