Job Overview :
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housemen to join our housekeeping team at StripViewSuites. The Houseman will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting housekeepers, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities :
- Assist housekeepers by providing clean linens, towels, and other amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators
- Respond to guest requests for additional items such as towels, toiletries, etc.
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure cleaning supplies and tools are properly stocked and organized
- Assist in transporting housekeeping carts and supplies to the required floors
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a houseman or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and a team player attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
