Front Office Coordinator / Medical Receptionist
Position: Front Office Coordinator / Medical Receptionist at IRG Physical & Hand Therapy .
Pay Range
Base pay: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr. (Actual pay will depend on skills and experience.)

Responsibilities
Our Front Office Coordinators (FOCs) are integral to the clinic. Primary duties include:
- Optimizing patient appointment schedules
- Managing all incoming phone calls
- Processing and converting new referrals
- Collecting payments for services and obtaining insurance authorizations
- Promoting patient experience and maintaining relationships
- Tracking KPIs and benchmarks that drive clinic success and patient outcomes

Qualifications
- High school diploma (Bachelors degree in related field preferred)
- 2+ years of customer?facing experience
- Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
- Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged sitting
- Must work at an IRG facility and provide own transportation
- Potential exposure to viruses, diseases, and infections from patients
- Custodial duties with medical grade cleaning products (e.g., cleaning bathrooms, laundry, disinfecting equipment)
- Extended periods at a video display terminal and keyboard use
- Work schedule based on IRG needs
