We are looking for experience team members.

Role Overview:

• Canvassing storm-affected areas to identify potential customers.
• Knock on doors to generate leads
• Booking appointments.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to storm-affected areas as needed.
• Knocking on doors to book appointments & generate leads.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Providing roof equipment.
• Perform detailed inspections around property & roofs using ladders safely.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation or Pay Structure:

1. Daily Base Pay:

1. $85/day for a full shift (minimum 6 hours in the field)

2. Must meet daily performance standards (minimum 2 qualified leads

3. Qualified Appointment Commission:

• $100 per qualified appointment

  • Appointment must meet all of the following:

    • Set with homeowner(s) or decision-maker present

    • Scheduled within 48 hours

    • Confirmed by sales rep after inspection

2. Closed Deal Bonus (Optional):

1. $50 bonus if the appointment results in a signed contract

   • Paid once the deal is verified by management

2. Performance Bonuses:
   Bonus Type Criteria Payout
   Weekly Bonus 10+ qualified appts/week$200
   Monthly Bonus 40+ qualified appts/month$1000
   Referral Bonus Bring in a new setter who lasts 30+ days$100
   Estimated Weekly Earnings Example:
   Performance Base Pay Appointment Pay Bonus Total
   5 appointments $250—$750
   10 appointments $800 $1,200
   15 appointments + 2 sales$500 - $2,050
   Additional Terms:

3. 5% Commission once job is closed out

• Payouts are made weekly (Fridays)

• Must track all appointments in CRM or via CompanyCam/Housecall Pro/Hail Recon

• No-show or unqualified leads are not paid out

• Consistent underperformance may result in commission-only status
