What You’ll Do
You’ll support day-to-day facility maintenance across commercial buildings, focusing on:
- Lighting & Ballasts – troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing
- Water Heaters – electrical components, basic diagnostics
- Basic Electrical Repairs – outlets, switches, breakers, fixtures
- General Building Maintenance – pumps, fans, small motors, doors, equipment
- HVAC Support – belts, filters, minor troubleshooting (no full HVAC work)
- Preventive Maintenance – keeping the building safe, compliant, and operational
- Commercial Safety Standards – LOTO familiarity, safe work practices
No heavy industrial systems. No VFDs, MCCs, switchgear, or large manufacturing equipment
