You’ll be responsible for
- Operating a lift truck and other material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility.
- Loading and unloading trailers while safeguarding product quality.
- Placing, stacking, and organizing inventory in designated storage locations.
- Conducting routine equipment inspections and reporting service needs without delay.
- Following safety rules, procedures, and PPE guidelines at all times.
- Working side-by-side with the team to meet daily operational targets.
- Coaching new employees on forklift operation fundamentals and safety practices.
To succeed, you have
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Current forklift certification.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in warehouse or industrial environments.
- Strong attention to detail and an uncompromising approach to safety.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work as needed.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Basic computer skills for using inventory systems.
