We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to help us input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems. This is an easy, entry-level position perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home. No advanced technical skills are required—just basic computer knowledge and good attention to detail.
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases or spreadsheets
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Correct errors and report inconsistencies
Maintain organized digital records
Follow simple instructions and meet daily/weekly data entry targets
Communicate with team members as needed via email or chat
Protect confidential information and follow company guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, copy/paste, using browser tabs, etc.)
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (basic level)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good written communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
Attention to detail and accuracy
No prior experience required—training provided
