Qualifications:
- Licensed Master or Journeyperson Electrician in Maryland
- 5-10 years of experience into commercial.
- Strong technical background in electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and mentor others.
- Excellent project management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in both office and field environments as the team grows.
