About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust cybersecurity program. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding digital assets, systems, and infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves leading the security architecture and controls, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to drive security initiatives. The CISO will also be tasked with managing security operations, including incident response, risk assessments, and the development of security policies and training programs to enhance organizational security awareness. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in IT and at least 6 years in security. Professional certifications such as CISSP/ISSEP are required, along with a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading incident response and implementing governance frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with network, application, and cloud security, IAM, and encryption technologies. Desired skills include strong communication, experience in building high-performing security teams, and the ability to manage external vendor relationships.
