About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the security operations and build a robust security posture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on security leader with a strong technical background, capable of designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive security operations infrastructure. This role requires a leader who can personally configure and deploy security tools, drive automation initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. The CISO will also be responsible for security architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and communicating security initiatives to stakeholders. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in security operations, with a focus on cloud security and a proven track record in deploying and configuring enterprise security tools. Deep expertise in modern DevOps practices, CI/CD security integration, and experience with security automation and orchestration are essential. The role demands a leader with hands-on experience in compliance and governance, particularly with FedRAMP certification processes, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
