About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled CAD Programmer to join our engineering and design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design automation , CAM/CNC programming , and the ability to translate design concepts into precise machine instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and optimize CAD/CAM programs for CNC machines.
- Interpret technical drawings and design specifications for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Test and troubleshoot CAD programs to improve performance and accuracy.
- Maintain design libraries and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.).
- Experience with CNC machine programming (G-code, M-code).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
