Assists in the development, preparation, and monitoring of performance improvement projects. Identifies opportunities, analyzes risk factors, and makes appropriate recommendations, while providing high quality and responsive customer service. Under the guidance of the Manager, Business Analytics, serves as a financial resource to executive/management teams to support the financial goals/objectives of assigned departments, divisions, and service lines. Responsible for coordination and execution of projects as assigned.

A. Education/Certification and Licensure: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare finance or related field; or four (4) years progressively responsible business or finance experience may be substituted for educational requirement. B. Experience: In addition to education requirement, two years (2) experience in finance or a related field performing budgeting and analysis, financial modeling, along with knowledge of general accounting. Experience to demonstrate: o Ability to develop and maintain PC worksheets of high complexity. o Ability to extract and report off relational databases. o Ability work collaboratively with a broad range of people to accomplish assigned tasks effectively and efficiently with high quality customer service. o Effective written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills.
