What You’ll Do:
\n\nHelp customers with tax/accounting software via phone and email
\n\t\n\tTroubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions
\n\t\n\tLog support tickets and escalate when needed
\n\t\n\tDeliver friendly, professional customer service
\n\t\nWhat You Need:
\n\nCandidates must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or a higher level of education.
\n\t\n\tOver six months of hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting and technical support.
\n\t\n\tComfortable talking on the phone
\n\t\n\tBasic computer skills (PC, Microsoft Office)
\n\t\n\tProficient in both English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively in both languages.
\n\t\n\tExperience with CCH ProSystem fx or CCH Axcess Tax is a plus
\n\t\n\tMust pass background checks (employment, education, and professional reference)
\n\t\nSchedule & Training:
\n\nPaid Training: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (2 weeks)
\n\t\n\tAfter completing training, scheduled for 8-hour shifts, 10:00 AM ET – 7:00 PM ET, with occasional weekend work.
\n\t\n\tFlexibility to work Saturday and Sunday is required during peak season
\n\t\nEquipment Requirements:
\n\nWindows 11 Version 24H2
\n\t\n\tHigh-speed internet (50-100 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload)
\n\t\n\tCell phone (Needed for dual authentication when logging in)
\n\t\n\tHeadset (Wired preferred; wireless is fine, but must stay charged)
\n\t\n\tMust be a wired connection, Ethernet cables (Cat 6a, Cat 7, or Cat 8)
\n\t\n\tProcessor: 1 GHz or faster, 2+ cores, and on Microsoft’s approved CPU list
\n\t\n\tRAM: 4 GB minimum
\n\t\n\tStorage: 64 GB or more
\n\t\n\tCompatibility: Chromebooks and MacBooks are not compatible with the required software.
