What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Assist members in finding primary care physicians within their network
- Provide detailed information and support for changes affecting member plans
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance member satisfaction
- Maintain proficiency in navigating multiple systems while communicating with customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency in using multiple systems
- Open availability between 7 AM and 2 AM EST, 7 days a week

- Experience in customer service, particularly in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with virtual work environments and home office setups
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
