Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional baking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in both team-based and independent settings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently on solo projects.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage production timelines and effectively multitask .
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Experience with cake decorating, lamination, and proofing techniques.
- Chocolate work experience is a plus but willing to teach right candidate.
- Must be available early mornings, Weekend and holiday availability is required.
- Must have NY Food Handlers Certification
