*Salary:* $110,000 – $175,000 per year (plus bonuses and performance incentives)

*About the Role*
Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP, one of the largest and most respected law firms in the North Bay, is seeking a motivated associate attorney to join our litigation group. In this position, associate will work closely with partners and a collaborative team on a broad range of civil litigation. This is a hands-on role offering immediate responsibility, direct client contact, and strong mentorship.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct legal research and draft clear, persuasive pleadings and motions
* Draft, negotiate, and manage discovery
* Take and defend depositions
* Appear and argue in court
* Participate in case strategy and settlement negotiations
