What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen operations
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues with care
- Ensure high-quality ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Create and adjust schedules to meet business needs
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR, Fast-Food, or Casual Dining
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
