Description The Business Analyst will be responsible for optimizing business operations by analyzing current performance and forecasting future trends. This role involves conducting analyses, gathering, organizing, and reviewing data to support business operations and planning. Create reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for operational improvement, and performing root cause analysis. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in business strategy, operations, planning, and analysis. Basic understanding of business and operating environments. Knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis, and operations research. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective problem resolution skills, including identifying root causes and scope of issues. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software. Project management skills to lead small to medium scope projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
