What You'll Do:
As a collision technician, you'll perform factory-certified repairs on vehicles:
- Structural and non-structural collision repairs (frame straightening, sectioning, welding)
- Remove and replace damaged components to factory specifications
- Work with aluminum, high-strength steel, and advanced materials
- Collaborate with estimators to ensure accurate repair planning
- Maintain I-CAR and OEM certification standards on every job
- Document all repairs in our management system
- Keep workspace organized, clean, and safe
Shop Hours:
Shop Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
What We're Looking For
:You're an A or High B -Level Technician who:
- Has 4-6+ years of hands-on collision repair experience
- Can handle la variety of Auto Body Repairs: ( ex: quarter panel repair, frame rails, door skins, radiator supports, aluminum bedsides)
- Has experience with aluminum and high-strength steel repairs
- Takes pride in factory-quality, precision workmanship
- Values continuous learning and earning certifications
Required:
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
- Proven structural and non-structural repair experience
- Ability to read and interpret collision estimates
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team player who can communicate well
Preferred :
- I-CAR Certifications: Structural & Non-Structural Technician
- ASE certifications (B2-B5)
- Prior Experience completing Body Repairs on high-line vehicles: (Tesla, Lexus, Volvo, BMW etc.)
